RETURN NOTICE
All goods sold are non-refundable. However, in case of an unforeseen problem requiring an exchange, TIANSI promises to work our best to resolve the situation for our customers. Please note that we reserve the right to accept or refuse any exchange that does not meet our eligibility guidelines.
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. To exchange an item purchased from our online store, simply visit a TIANSI store with your original receipt and the original item. Alternatively, if you wish to request an exchange from our online store, please contact our physical store and our sales assistants will assist you with the exchange process. Kindly note that the products must be unused and unworn with the original receipt to be eligible for exchange.
TIANSI also reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasonsn. Possible reasons include potentially compromised security, fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing or non-payment.
EXCHANGES ELIGIBILITY
If the product delivered is damaged or defective, we will require proof of the parcel's condition with a photo taken before it was shipped. If we find that the item we shipped out is in good condition and any damage was caused by the courier service or the customer, we reserve the right to reject your refund request.
If the wrong type or size of product is sent, we will allow you to exchange it for the correct size or type. However, we reserve the right to refuse your return and refund if we clearly indicated the size measurement and product photo on our website or in our outlets.
We do not accept "change of mind" as a reason for a refund.
We allow customer exchange with other products if any duplicate order is made by the customer itself.
We do not accept any refunds for pre-order items.
