Can I trade in my old gold jewellery?

Yes, however the price is adjusted based on the current gold price. Please note that the final price may vary depending on the fluctuations in the gold market.

Your purchases will be delivered right to your doorstep within 3-7 working days.

What are the shipping rates and shipping carriers do you use?

(i) Shipping rates:

- West Malaysia: RM7

- East Malaysia: RM15

- Singapore: RM70

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship exclusively to Malaysia and Singapore.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, simply visit your profile page and click on the "Orders" tab. Here, you will be able to view the status of your order and track its delivery progress.

How do I track my packages?

After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via your contact information. This will enable you to track your package on the courier service's website and stay up-to-date on the delivery progress of your order.

Refunds, Returns, Warranty

What is your returns or refunds policy?

(i) If the wrong type or size of product is sent, we will allow you to exchange it for the correct size or type. However, we reserve the right to refuse your return and refund if we clearly indicated the size measurement and product photo on our website or in our outlets.


(ii) We do not accept "change of mind" as a reason for a refund.


(iii) We allow customer exchange with other products if any duplicate order is made by the customer itself.


(iv) We do not accept any refunds for pre-order items.

What should I do if I receive a damage product?

If the product delivered is damaged or defective, we will require proof of the parcel's condition with a photo taken before it was shipped. If we find that the item we shipped out is in good condition and any damage was caused by the courier service or the customer, we reserve the right to reject your refund request.

Do you provide warranty?

We do not offer a warranty for our jewellery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Do you do customization design jewellery?

We do. With TIANSI, you have the option to customize your diamond ring to complement your engagement ring, wedding band, or any other special gemstone design.

Do you provide resizing, cleaning, engraving and repairing service?

We would be glad to assist you. To avoid additional charges (minimum RM5), kindly present your receipt to our staff during your visit.

How should I care and store my jewellery?

Proper maintenance of your jewellery is essential and may vary depending on its type. For instance, in the case of diamonds, we provide specific care recommendations. It is advisable to avoid wearing jewellery when applying lotion to your hands, and refrain from wearing it while cooking or washing dishes.
