Marketing Internship

 In this role, you will support efforts that include customer insights, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven strategy. The ideal student will turn customer behavior data into actionable insights, support targeted marketing activities and improve customer experience throughout the entire journey, from acquisition and engagement to retention and loyalty.

Throughout the internship program, what will you be doing?

  • Analysis customer behaviour, segmentation, purchase patterns and engagement metrics.
  • Convert data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Support in planning and executing personalised lifecycle campaigns across email, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to study customer retention and customer loyalty, in-product messaging, and paid channels.
  • Use customer insights to optimise onboarding, engagement, retention, upselling, and win-back strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design A/B tests, evaluate performance, improve targeting and messaging
  • Maintain data cleanliness and improve customer tagging within CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support quarterly planning, product roadmaps, and customer marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Preferred language(s): Mandarin. (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)
